Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Compensation: $40/hour base + 10% commission on all services and products (performance-based potential $40–$400+/hr)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and high-performing Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will bring artistry, advanced technique, and exceptional communication to every patient interaction. ✨ Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced injectable treatments using Allergan and Galderma portfolios
  • Conduct in-depth consultations including full-face assessments and long-term aesthetic care plans
  • Deliver results-driven, safe, and natural outcomes across neurotoxins and dermal fillers
  • Take pre- and post-treatment photos (VISIA experience preferred)
  • Educate patients on service and product offerings with confident recommendation strategies
  • Drive individual monthly revenue goals and close consultations at a 75%+ rate
  • Collaborate with the Outreach Team and contribute to follow-up protocol
  • Create weekly educational and promotional social media content
  • Maintain treatment room cleanliness and manage clinical supply inventory
  • Participate in events and patient seminars
  • Stay updated on aesthetic trends, certifications, and continuing education

Qualifications

  • Valid RN, NP, or PA license in Colorado
  • Minimum 3 years of injectable experience under physician supervision
  • Must be proficient in both Allergan and Galderma injectable portfolios
  • Proven track record of aesthetic sales success
  • Exceptional bedside manner, patient trust-building, and consultative sales skills
  • Confident in creating individualized, long-term treatment plans
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic anatomy, product science, and safety protocols
  • Familiarity with VISIA, Zenoti, and EMR systems a plus
  • Social media-friendly: confident on camera and passionate about education

Compensation & Perks:

⏳ Schedule & Onboarding

Work Days:

  • Wednesday 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • One Saturday/month: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM

Training & Onboarding:

  • Must train on non-scheduled days (typically Monday or Tuesday)
  • Onboarding includes 1 week at the front desk with management to understand practice operations, pricing, and packages
  • Followed by shadowing our lead NP to learn treatment planning, consultation framework, and technique standardization
  • Independent performance is essential: candidate must be fully self-reliant as they will often work solo on clinic days
