Utilizes FedEx QDM methodologies to ensure departmental goals and objectives are met by supporting management with advanced problem solving, workload distribution, reporting and agent feedback.

Essential Functions

  • Analyzes, develops, and implement solutions for service-related issues for internal and external customers.
  • Coordinates projects and training initiatives for the workgroup and organization.
  • Leverages technical expertise in providing guidance to Air Expedite Team Members.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School/GED diploma required.

Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Minimum Experience:

Five years of FedEx Express Air Expedite experience required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong Office 365 skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated problem solving, teamwork and human relations skills.


Preferred Qualifications: Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft 365 with experience in logistics, coordination, or planning; customs/brokerage a plus. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service focus. One Team Lead for each shift: Mon–Fri 7:00 am–3:30 pm CST, Tue–Sat 3:00 pm–11:30 pm CST, and Tue–Sat 11:00 pm–7:30 am CST; includes occasional overtime/weekends.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: Pay Grade (SH27). Position not eligible for sponsorship.

Additional Details: The desired location for this position would be Memphis, TN.
