Frontier Airlines is seeking fluent Spanish and English-speaking Flight Attendants for our Orlando (MCO) base. This base serves many destinations in the Caribbean and Latin America, making bilingual crew members essential to our operation. Core Responsibilities: In addition to all standard safety and service duties, you will be a language specialist. You will make bilingual (Spanish/English) announcements, assist passengers with translation, and provide friendly, sales-oriented service on our international routes. Qualifications & Requirements: Must be at least 21, have the legal right to work in the US, and hold a valid passport. Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory and will be verified by a language proficiency test. 2+ years of customer service or sales experience is required. Training & Work Schedule: This position requires full flexibility for a variable international roster, which includes 'day shift' and 'night shift' flights, as well as 'weekend' and holiday assignments. Successful candidates will attend our 4-week paid training in Cheyenne, WY. Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary, with an estimated annual base from $36,000 to $60,000 (including language pay) plus sales commissions. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and free travel privileges.
