Janitorial Associate

Location: Gibsonburg, Ohio
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends — flexibility is a must

Job Summary

Peoplelink Staffing is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Associate to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facility — both inside and out. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our plant remains lint-free, organized, and welcoming. If you take pride in a job well done and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the plant, including the parking lot and surrounding grounds

  • Ensure the facility remains lint-free and meets cleanliness standards

  • Empty waste receptacles and recycle plastic bags in soil sort

  • Follow all standard operating procedures and quality guidelines

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Requirements
  • Must commit to a rotating schedule, including weekends — no exceptions

  • Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift

  • Physically capable of bending, twisting, and pulling consistently

  • Punctual with excellent attendance

  • Able to follow cleaning procedures and safety rules

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Comfortable working with a diverse team

  • Willingness to work beyond scheduled hours if needed

  • Ability to follow directions from team leads and supervisors

  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures

Pre-Screen Requirement

This position requires full flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends. Candidates must confirm their availability and commitment to this schedule before proceeding.
