Position: Lead Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Location: Dublin or Grandview, Ohio
Schedule: 4 Days/Week | Mon–Fri: 10 AM–6 PM | Sat–Sun: 9 AM–5 PM (rotating)
Compensation: $55–$60/hour + Monthly Bonus (based on productivity: 5%, 7%, or 10% of revenue generated divided by gross earnings)

A premier medical aesthetics and wellness practice in the Dublin/Grandview area is seeking a Lead Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join their expanding team. If you're a confident aesthetic provider who approaches the craft of injection as both an art and a science—and you're ready to step into a leadership role—this position is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Perform aesthetic consultations and treatments (injectables, lasers, rejuvenation procedures)
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, outcomes, and aftercare
  • Maintain compliance with documentation, safety, and infection protocols
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless patient experience
  • Track key performance metrics (revenue, conversion, re-booking, reviews)
  • Stay updated on trends through ongoing training and education
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years aesthetic experience
  • Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or APRN)
  • Skilled in injectables, lasers, and anatomy-based assessments
  • Experience with IV therapy a plus
  • Warm, patient-focused, team-oriented personality
  • Strong compliance, safety, and documentation habits
