Asana experience a plus.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.PRODUCING RESPONSIBILITIESOversee video production for internal and external projects throughout the market, including all phases of production;Pre-production and Project Development: Liaison with leadership and stakeholders for project needs and objectives. Develop production schedules and timelines for project implementation and realize project concepts while maximizing efficiency of the production process.Production: Manage and carryout all phases of production, working in the field, facility, studio and remote locations (ENG, EFP, Digi-cine). Responsible for equipment allocation and procurement, assembling crew, production schedules and interfacing with external partners and personnel as necessary (permitting, location scouting, insurance, etc.).Post-production: Work with Creative Services team to implement established brand guidelines and protocols for graphics, animations, licensed and approved tools. Craft a compelling story that aligns with the communication team's advocacy strategy. Maintain high degree of quality across post-production workflows. Asset Management and Archiving: Manage organization and curation of assets and elements for project archiving and efficiency of usage, Oversee standardized protocols for archiving, access and data sharing. Catalogue footage and maintains asset library. Follows departmental folder structure, workflows, and best practices.OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIESCross Department Projects: Support other production related department operations and initiatives; Creative Services, Live Events, Region, Division and Corporate production groups.Facilities & Equipment: Maintain and manage department facilities including day to day upkeep and organization of equipment and systems, studio, edit suites, office space, inventory and vehicular fleet. Troubleshooting: Ability to solve technical problems and troubleshoot and develop solutions.PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIESStaff Management: Oversee department staff including goals, reviews, career development, accountability, day to day scheduling and provisioning of assets and business tools.Skill Assessment and Variability: Utilize managerial skills encompassing oversight of both technical production crew and creatives including management on shared projects and teams.Executive & Cross Departmental: Develop and maintain relationships with senior leadership and interdepartmental contacts within the company to maximize accurate goal achievement, efficiency and accountability.
