WHO WE NEED: We are currently looking to add to our team of highly trained medical professionals by seeking a superlative registered nurse injector for this 32 hour per week opportunity that includes full time benefits. This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates without prior experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, or a med spa setting or without prior cosmetic injection experience will not be considered.WHO YOU ARE: You are compassionate and interested in helping clients with their aesthetic goals but also delivering excellent care to our patients with difficult diagnoses and post-op recoveries. You are a dedicated and skillfully licensed RN who has an eye for aesthetics and a few years of experience with injecting fillers and neurotoxins. You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and are always willing to learn more and strengthen your skills to deliver the best service and resultsWHAT YOU'LL DO:• Deliver best-in-class cosmetic injectable treatments, laser treatments, microneedling, Morpheus8, and other treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the medical director• Obtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation• Provide breast reconstruction tissue expander fills for plastic surgery patients• Document in both our EMR and our SaaS• Educate patients before their reconstructive or cosmetic surgery• Conduct client cosmetic consultations and create treatment plans• Provide post-operative appointments• Perform before and after photography and help create social media content• Educate clients on Azure's services, memberships & product offerings• Actively promote the clinic, treatments, retail, and available promotions• Educate & sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance results• Schedule surgeries, order and manage inventory of implants, and medical supplies• Draw blood, if requested• Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies• Perform prep work, properly clean, and restock rooms as required• Maintain a positive attitude, contribute toward a quality work environment, and be respectful toward team members. In other words, be delightful• Assist in all areas of clinic and spa operation as requested by managementWHAT YOU'LL HAVE:• Up-to-date Indiana licensure as a Registered Nurse with your BSN• 1 year minimum of experience as an aesthetic nurse injector• Must be experienced in delivering cosmetic injectable treatments both dermal fillers and neurotoxins• Proficiency with patient EMR (Epic preferred), be great at SBAR charting, Word, Excel and be all around tech savvy• Hold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and team members• Attend marketing events as needed• Willingness to learn new techniques and procedures• Assertive ability to multitask, be proactive & be a positive team player• Cheerful upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude• Meticulous attention to detail• Excellent customer service, sales and consultative skills
