Summary

We’re seeking a remote Airbnb and VRBO co-host to help manage multiple short-term rental properties across the USA. This role is ideal for someone who’s already experienced with Airbnb, VRBO, and Hospitable and understands how to deliver five-star guest experiences while maintaining efficient operations across several listings.

You’ll work closely with our team to ensure guests are well cared for, listings are kept updated, and all communication, coordination, and scheduling run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily communication with guests on Airbnb and VRBO platforms

• Use Hospitable to automate and streamline messaging and tasks

• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning schedules

• Update and maintain property listings

• Monitor multiple calendars to avoid double bookings and gaps

• Respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests

• Handle guest concerns or issues in a calm and solution-oriented manner

• Communicate with local cleaners, maintenance teams, and service providers

• Track guest reviews and ensure consistent high ratings across all listings
