General Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations in a warehouse environment with key customers for the cleaning, availability, maintenance and shipping of equipment/product. Depending upon equipment/product assignment, responsible for interacting with and communication with customers. Manages daily activities of direct reports.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Note: Some of the following may not be applicable to certain customers.

  • Establishes, organizes and maintains warehouse area for shipping, receiving and staging of equipment/product per applicable policies and procedures, both internal and client-established;
  • Cleans and maintains medical equipment (where applicable);
  • Orders, fulfillment, inbound and outbound are processed per applicable policies and procedures;
  • Completes necessary paperwork procedures associated with daily activities;
  • Performs decontamination of medical equipment as required;
  • Conducts basic function testing of medical equipment (i.e. System power ups, certain function test procedures involve the use of medical grade Air and Oxygen (O2) gases, etc.);
  • Alerts and facilitates the coordination of units needing service for repairs and preventative maintenance, including providing updates to the Inventory Management System;
  • Ensures all units have their original barcodes and that barcode label is accurate and readable;
  • Management and completion of special warehouse projects;
  • Conducting weekly/quarterly/yearly cycle counts;
  • Full understanding of SEKO systems (i.e. Creating and processing a shipment in MY SEKO, Inventory Management System, Dock Processing Utility, Warehouse Management System and Red NA);
  • Shipment entry, and booking;
  • Coordination of dock schedule with local agents and carriers;
  • Facility cleanliness and maintenance; and,
  • Work log documentation for billing of added work preformed;
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned by management.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Managing and facilitating the day to day operations of the warehouse and associated areas; and,
  • Training and supervision of warehouse employees.
