Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Injector to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in administering botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers, along with a strong background in various nursing specialties. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care while ensuring safety and compliance with medical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Administer botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, facials, laser hair removal and weight loss injection treatment to patients, ensuring optimal results and patient satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care and potential side effects.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine, including training on new techniques and products.
  • Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.

Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in aesthetics.
  • Experience administering injections, particularly botulinum toxin and dermal fillers.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Symplast.
  • Background in critical care, emergency medicine, or acute care settings is preferred.
  • Experience working in various healthcare environments such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities.
  • Proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, phlebotomy, IV insertion, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to the role. Ideal candidates may also have experience in specialized areas such as geriatrics, pediatrics, pain management, or behavioral health.
