Aesthetic Nurse Injector for Cosmetic Surgery Office upscale Las Vegas Cosmetic surgery office is seeking a highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector to partner with our practice. We are looking for an outstanding and motivated RN with minimum of 2 + years of experience in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and other non-invasive treatments.

To successfully perform at this high thriving practice, our Aesthetics RN must be well versed in and with extensive experience performing aesthetic injection procedures with ease. We are looking to fill a part-time position with the option of growing into a full-time role.

Our ideal Aesthetics RN brings a loyal client following to the practice and is reliable, polished, friendly, motivated, and accountable.

He or she holds/has experience with:

  • Injecting Dermal Fillers and Neurotoxins
  • Current RN license with the State of Nevada

A professional appearance, superb customer service and communication skills, and an outgoing personality with an ability to sell are expected characteristics. A strong skill set in sales and business development is a must.

The Aesthetics RN is responsible for, but not limited to, the performance and sales of the above procedures along with the maintenance of detailed treatment records, up-selling and cross-selling products and services, maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the spa and its equipment after procedures, and performance of other duties as assigned by management.

He or she can easily room patients, take photos, set up the room, make sure consents are signed, understand needed equipment, turnover the room, and manage patient flow as needed.

He or she is comfortable making patient-care calls and talking to patients about the next step in their care plan.

Job Summary and Requirements

Education and Knowledge

  • Basic Life Support Certification with knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
  • Current Nevada unrestricted RN License
  • Understanding of HIPAA guidelines
  • Broad understanding of cosmetic procedures: surgical and non surgical treatments

Qualification

  • Must have existing clientele with a portfolio of before and after photographs
  • Warm and friendly demeanor
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Polished and professional appearance
  • Exceptional patient care and communication skills
  • Manage various social media platforms to help practice growth

Experience

  • 2 years of experience as an Aesthetic Injector
  • Botox: 2 years (Required)
  • Dermal fillers: 2 years (Required)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a private practice medical/dental office
  • Preferred fields: Plastic surgery, Dermatology, Medical Aesthetics, ENT, Ophthalmology

Administrative

  • Inventory
  • Equipment sterilization
  • Manage various social media platforms to help practice growth
  • Any other duties as needed

Pay: Compensation based on experience.
