Working together, let’s put our time and talents together to advance human health for tomorrow.</p><p></p><p>Learn about the <a href="https://www.danaher.com/how-we-work/danaher-business-system" target="_blank">Danaher Business System</a> which makes everything possible.</p><p></p><p>The <i>Production Operator II</i> is responsible for <i>instrument assembly and calibration setup/operation in a continuous production/processing manufacturing facility.  This role requires teamwork with peers, collaboration with technicians and engineers, and communication skills with operators, technical support, and management. </i><i> </i></p><p></p><p>This position reports to the <i>Operations Manager</i> and is part of the <i>Beckman Coulter Life Science Loveland Operations team</i> located in <i>Loveland, CO,</i> and will be an on-site role.</p><p></p><p><b>In this role, you will have the opportunity to:</b></p><ul><li><i>Following engineering drawings, work order information, manufacturing assembly procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process</i></li><li><i>Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies</i></li><li><i>Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make sub-assemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The essential requirements of the job include:</b></p><ul><li><i>High school/GED equivalent; 1+ years’ experience in manufacturing and assembly desired.</i></li></ul><ul><li><i>Must be computer literate; basic math skills required; Ability to read and understand complex instructions and work from a schedule.</i></li><li><i>Demonstrate adherence to scheduled start times and reliable attendance on all scheduled work days.</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical/Environment Requirements:</b> <i>if applicable for role</i></p><ul><li><i>Able to lift to 40 lbs.</i></li><li><i>Manual dexterity with fine motor stills with both arms/hands.</i></li><li><i>Able to stand and/or sit for an 8-hour work shift</i></li></ul><p></p><p><b>It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:</b></p><ul><li><i>Strong communication, time management and organizational skills</i></li></ul><p></p><p>Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
