We are an established Aesthetics Practice in Stamford, CT. Our mission at Pure Medical Aesthetics (PMA) is to empower clients to become the best versions of themselves, both inside and out, by offering cutting-edge treatments and personalized care. We will create a holistic care plan tailored to their unique needs and concerns, while educating and collaborating with them every step of the way to achieve their wellness and beauty goals

The Position:

  • Provide comprehensive patient consultations, analysis of concerns and education on risks and benefits of treatment options
  • Assist in managing pre & post care including direct patient communication via texts, phone calls & emails.
  • Follow the brand-driven customer service training and injector training to provide a truly unique experience to each and every client. The end goals of amazing outcomes, consistency, and an elevated level of service will be achieved utilizing the process of assessment using diagnosis, collaboration with client on treatment goals, the treatment itself, post-treatment monitoring and evaluation under the supervision of the Medical Director.
  • Deliver cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
  • Leverage resources and tools provided by PMA to enhance adoption of the PMA branded experience
  • Collaborate with social media marketing (film videos, before and after pictures, etc)
  • Educate clients on all offerings of PMA via the client engagement script
  • Cross-sell procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result
  • Synergistically work with PMA management, ownership, injectors and support team
  • Comply with required protocols, requests and compliance policies
  • Effectively utilize all IT systems to include but not limited to Patient EMR, client engagement software and all other equipment
  • Detailed charting and documentation of patient files
  • Adheres to all applicable laws, regulations and certifications pertaining to role
  • Be an ambassador of the practice through outreach to local business and prospective patients
  • Along with the Practice Manager, establish and expand existing systems, long term treatment plans and protocols for all Aesthetic patients

Must-Haves:

  • Must be experienced delivering Aesthetic injectable treatments (Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm, Restylane, etc.) and excel in treating existing and new aesthetic patients to our standards of care.
  • Excellent customer service skills with outstanding phone and written and verbal communication skills

  • Professional and mature demeanor with presentable appearance
  • Well rounded- ability to quickly learn practice operations, technology, social media and other applicable duties

Hourly rate and commission will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
