Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP, PA)

Raw Rituale Med Spa | Hilltop, Denver CO

Welcome to Raw Rituale - where results and chill meet.

We’re an elevated, skincare-focused boutique med spa located in Denver’s beautiful Hilltop neighborhood. Our aesthetic is rooted in calm luxury and real results, and we’ve built a thriving reputation for skin transformations rooted in science, technology, and connection. While our skincare services are booming, we’re ready to grow our injectable offering, and we’re looking for the right injector to build that future with us.

This is your chance to be a key part of a med spa that feels like home. We want your ideas, your creative energy, your dream client experience - and ideally, a client base who trusts you with their face and would follow you anywhere. If you're an injector with an esthetician background, we consider that a huge plus. Our ideal teammate is equally passionate about clinical skincare and natural-looking results with tox and filler.

If you’ve been looking for a home where you’re treated like a partner, not an employee - this is it.

About Us

Raw Rituale is first and foremost a skincare-based med spa. Our clients come to us for results, education, and a vibe they can’t get anywhere else. We’re big on investing in the best tech (think AdvaTX, Tixel, body sculpting, microneedling, and more) and building real relationships. Our space is serene and beautiful, kind of like if Tulum and a med spa had a baby. Our energy is relaxed, fun, and collaborative.

We already have a thriving skincare clientele and are ready to build an injectable presence that feels aligned with our brand: natural, elevated, and deeply personalized. We’d love to find someone who brings their own ride-or-die client base and is excited to help us grow this arm of the business in a fresh, smart, and supportive way.

Bonus points if you're also an esthetician (or have strong skincare experience), because we believe injectors who understand skin on a deeper level offer an entirely different kind of magic and you'll have access to treat your clients to both tox and skin.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced injector who wants more than a job - you want ownership in the way you show up and create. You want to feel seen, valued, and trusted. You want freedom to try new techniques, talk shop between clients, and throw out wild ideas about future services and trainings. You want to be part of a space that you genuinely look forward to walking into each day.

And hey, we want all that too.

Our dream injector:

  • Has a valid RN, NP, or PA license in Colorado
  • Has at least 3 years of injectable experience (tox + filler)
  • Brings a loyal client base who’s just as obsessed with you as you are with them
  • Is ideally a licensed esthetician (or has strong skincare chops)
  • Believes in the power of pairing injectables with skin health
  • Has a natural hustler mindset but thrives in a supportive, chill environment
  • Is always learning, always leveling up, and always down for a good before-and-after
  • Wants to be part of a team that actually feels like a team

What You’ll Love About Raw Rituale

  • A stunning, sun-soaked space designed with intention
  • A chill team culture - no micromanaging, no ego, no burnout energy
  • A deeply loyal skincare clientele that can help grow your injectable book
  • Access to one of the most extensive collections of skin + body tech in town
  • Competitive base pay + commission structure
  • Monthly treatment perks and major discounts
  • Paid advanced trainings - because we’re all about leveling up
  • Flexible schedule of 15 - 24 hours to start with room to keep growing
  • Ongoing marketing and brand support to help you grow
  • If you're a licensed esthetician - even better! You'll have full access to treat your clients with both injectables and advanced skincare services, making you their one-stop shop for all their aesthetic goals. Who doesn’t love that?

Let’s Grow Together

This is your chance to feel like a part-owner without the stress, anxiety, and financial burden of going solo. We want to grow with someone who’s not just an injector, but a visionary in their own right. Someone who wants to contribute to a space where you feel supported, seen, and creatively fulfilled.

If it sounds like your kind of magic where you can treat clients the way you always dreamed of, be part of a brand that values both chill vibes and serious results, let’s talk.
