Salary: $48,000 - $53,000 per year

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% (occasional travel to events if needed)

Role Overview:

The Fulfillment Manager, reporting directly to the CEO, is instrumental in managing logistics for over 100 annual events and handling product sales at these events. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities from coordinating with event organizers and shipping vendors to managing inventory, coordinating event volunteers, and our online retail store. The fulfillment manager will oversee 1 direct report and both on-site and event volunteers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external event organizers to ensure all merchandise and resource table needs are met for over 100 events annually.
  • Manage event planning calls, coordinate shipping information, establish point of contact, evaluate events merchandise needs based on event attendance.
  • Oversee order processing for post-event sales.
  • Recruit, schedule, and train volunteers for staffing the resource table at events nationwide.
  • Coordinate 6 volunteers per speech using Salesforce to send mass emails.
  • Assist volunteers with pre-event and during event issues (including on-call support for weekend events).
  • Maintain up-to-date Salesforce records related to fulfillment and volunteer management.
  • Partner with shipping vendors to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of merchandise and resources.
  • Oversee the fulfillment process for products and promise cards, ensuring timely delivery based on order volumes.
  • Generate reports on profit/loss and implement sales strategy for events, factoring in costs and other relevant metrics.
  • Cost-analysis of suppliers, clients, and third parties to support event and product needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast needs, placing orders with vendors as necessary.
  • Develop and execute new product lines and marketing strategies.
  • Manage customer communications across multiple channels to ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee the operation of the online retail store, ensuring its success.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of logistics and inventory management including analysis of shipping costs
  • Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in managing events and vendors.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call availability for event emergencies.
  • Capacity to lift 35 - 60 pounds.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, inventory software or other CRM.
  • Computer skills: Google environment (professional use), knowledge of spreadsheet and analysis (Googlesheets, Excel)
