Position: Front Desk/Guest Services Associate (7AM-3PM or 3PM - 11PM)

Location: Vibe Fitness @ LIC ( Grand Opening) located @10-04 Borden Ave, Long Island City, NY 11101

Job Overview: As Front Desk/Guest Services Associate you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests and members. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

Monday through Friday from 11am-7pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet members and guests with a positive attitude
  • Answer inquiries about membership, classes, and services
  • Assist with member check-ins and manage guest registration
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide tours of the facility and introduce guests to our offerings
  • Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean and orderly
  • Address member concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Assist with scheduling and booking personal training or group classes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or hospitality setting
  • Basic computer and phone skills
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience as Front Desk/Guest Services Associate (Required 2 Year)
