Looking for an English-fluent Live Chat Support Agent in India to help students on our online learning platform during 7 PM–9:30 AM Eastern Time. Provide friendly, accurate, and empathetic support for enrollment, courses, and account questions. Long-term, remote opportunity.

We’re hiring an Overnight Live Chat Agent based in India (or a similar time zone) to assist our students and website visitors during U.S. off-hours. You’ll be the first person they interact with, helping them feel supported, confident, and informed.

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 PM – 9:30 AM Eastern Time (12.5 hours)

Days: Sunday night → Friday morning (5 shifts/week)

Work from anywhere with reliable high-speed internet

What You’ll Do:

- Respond to live chat messages from students and prospects in real time

- Answer questions about courses, pricing, enrollment, and account access

- Troubleshoot simple technical or account issues

- Escalate complex issues to our U.S. Student Support team

- Keep accurate chat records and follow internal workflows

- Deliver every response with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

- Excellent written English communication skill

- Prior customer support or live chat experience

- Comfort working overnight (U.S. hours)

- Fast, accurate typing and strong multitasking skills

- Experience with HubSpot or similar tools

- (Bonus) Background in education, edtech, or student advising
