Responsibilities:

The following provides a general overview of the role, with the complete job description provided during the interview process:

Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations and guidelines, including an understanding of health information management issues, such as HIPAA.
Prepare the exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
Conduct nursing duties such as measuring and recording vital signs, drawing blood, giving injections, and performing clinical tasks.
Monitor patients, noting and reporting any changes in their conditions, such as adverse reactions to medications or treatments, and take necessary actions.
Operate or supervise the operation of X-Ray equipment to generate diagnostic images.
Explain procedures and monitor patients to ensure safety and comfort during X-Ray scans.
Ensure imaging equipment is in optimal working condition.
Prepare and maintain the necessary supplies and equipment for treatment.
Assist patients using a Virtual Medicine Provider.
Ensure patient charts are completed accurately in a timely manner and forwarded as appropriate daily.

Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees to promote a positive work environment through effective communication and interaction.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic setting, with preference for experience in Urgent Care.
Specific Requirement: Requires a Limited Scope License and proof of ARRT License for certain regional applicants.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or its equivalent.

License Requirements:

A Full Scope X-Ray Technologist State License.
