<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>We are seeking a Digital Agency Project Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you'll have the chance to manage 5+ projects of various sizes from start to finish.<br><br>You'll also manage schedules, project deliverables, budget, and resource management of the internal project team. You’ll work alongside incredibly talented and dedicated people, and have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of emerging technology and digital product development.<br><br><ul><li>To Note: This role is for an immediate project need.*<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>Manage all client project phases including AI projects, UX/UI design, and software development 5+ engagements.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope while adhering to established methodology and processes.</li><li>Organize and facilitate weekly client-facing meetings.</li><li>Create and maintain detailed project plans & other project artifacts.</li><li>Run daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings, including the creation of user stories and the facilitation of functional requirements documentation.</li><li>Manage all project finances by tracking hours and cost against budget on a weekly basis, project future expenditures and revenue, and manage project scope changes against budget.</li><li>Look for opportunities to expand within the account and facilitate opportunities internally.</li><li>Facilitate the scoping and estimation of existing client projects.</li><li>Create weekly status reports, client-friendly schedules, milestone plans, and deliverable progress reports.</li><li>Update Resource Plan for your projects on a weekly basis.</li><li>Be the point person for client communications related to projects.</li><li>Build meaningful relationships with your client contacts.<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Requirements:<br><br></strong></strong><ul><li>5+ years of client-facing project management experience.</li><li>Must have current / previous experience in a digital agency environment.</li><li>Proven experience managing budgets of $250K+ for enterprise-level clients.</li><li>Strong Agile/Scrum experience.</li><li>Proficiency with Harvest, Basecamp, JIRA, and Confluence.<br><br></li></ul>
