Read on…<br /> <br /> THE ROLE<br /> Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Operations Coordinator to join the Insomniac Music Group team in Los Angeles. This position support cross-team collaboration, manage timelines and assets, and keep projects moving efficiently. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Operations, Insomniac Music Group. This is not a remote position.<br /> RESPONSIBILITIES<br /> • Support project and task management across departments (Operations, A&R, Marketing, Promo, etc.)<br /> • Organize and maintain backend metadata, digital assets, and contract files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across platforms<br /> • Ensure metadata integrity and oversee backend systems for release setup and execution<br /> • Coordinate timelines, assets, and communications for upcoming releases<br /> • Serve as a central point of contact between internal teams and external partners<br /> • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, note-taking, and documentation<br /> • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and help ensure all project milestones are met on time<br /> • Coordinate with pub & sync team on various initiatives<br /> • Other responsibilities and projects as provided by the Operations Manager and Director<br /> QUALIFICATIONS<br /> • 2+ years of experience working in label and radio or related Entertainment Industry experience<br /> • Passion for Electronic Dance Music a must<br /> • Keen ability to work on a variety of projects at various stages and scopes<br /> • Ability to general original ideas, and to think creatively about how to communicate them to audiences<br /> • Extensive knowledge of subjects relevant to specific dance genres<br /> • Knowledge of recording and publishing rights<br /> • Proficient uses of variety of metadata entry and experience with revenue sources<br /> • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects<br /> • Excellent communication skills: both in person and digital and online platforms<br /> • Demonstrated experience managing time, cost, risk, quality, resources, assets, and changing requirements<br /> • Proficiency in MAC/PC<br /> • Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite and Google docs<br /> • Basic understanding in project management tools (i.e., ClickUp, MS Project, JIRA, Basecamp)<br /> WORK ENVIRONMENT<br /> • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments<br /> • May work in drastic temperature climates<br /> • Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines<br /> Applicants for employment in the US must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa.<br /> EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY<br /> We aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
