At Concentrix, you can Own Your Future!</p><p></p><h3><b>WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE  </b></h3><div><ul><li><p>Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations</p></li><li><p>Maintain sales demonstration tools and applications to support sales teams</p></li><li><p>Work within a few sources of data/systems to produce an outcome with some variability</p></li><li><p>Develop and deliver sales presentations and trainings</p></li><li><p>Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities and industry trends</p></li><li><p>Provide follow up on opportunities or inquiries</p></li><li><p>Work with customers in person, by phone, email, or live chat to help diagnose problems and research information about the use of a product or service</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot problems and assist customers to understand why a product is notworking or service is not meeting expectations</p></li><li><p>Identify and summarize moderately complex issues for management review</p></li><li><p>Enter and maintain all necessary data and information to remain compliant with all FDA requirements.</p></li><li><p>Work with customers by phone or email to help diagnose problems and research information about the use of a product or service</p></li><li><p>Other responsibilities, as assigned</p></li></ul><p></p></div><p><b>YOUR QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li><p>2+ years of experience in Support role</p></li><li><p>2+ years working in a call center environment</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of Microsoft products</p></li><li><p>Have necessary skills for email, phone and video communication</p></li><li><p>Handle confidential information with complete integrity</p></li><li><p>Experience in administrative tasks, organization of detailed work materials, and prioritizing deadlines</p></li><li><p>Accustomed to identifying and recommending corrective action for moderately complex issues</p></li><li><p>Experience following scripts and processes according to contractual agreements</p></li><li><p>Experience learning new technology and data</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working with multiple technology platforms and navigating multiple screens</p></li><li><p>Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. central standard time.</p></li></ul><p></p><h3><b><span>WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU</span></b></h3><p></p><p>One of our company’s Culture Beliefs says, “We champion our people.” That’s why we significantly invest in our game-changers, our infrastructure, and our capabilities to ensure long-term success for both our teams and our customers.
