In this position…

The Model e Retail Sales and Execution Specialist is responsible for the Dealer’s strategy, development & execution of all industry-related and policy-related in-dealership merchandising, experiences and visual sales processes (example: IRA Tax Credit, ZEV State Requirements, Tesla Adapter, etc.). This individual is focused on retail excellence, helping our dealers create an unparalleled customer experience as the industry and policy shifts each year.

What you’ll do…

  • Develop strong partnerships and collaborate with the Field and Dealers.

  • Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends and develop a visual merchandising strategy and standard for industry and policy-related in-dealership visual presences, execution processes and in-dealership experiences to aid in customer education and sales conversion

  • In partnership with Brand teams and on a monthly basis, identify key go-to-market messages for any industry and policy changes (IRA Tax Credit, ZEV State Requirements, Tesla Adapter, etc.) and ensure visual displays highlight these key messages

  • In partnership with the Retail Success & marketing teams, create and execute appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead customers through Dealerships (window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, special promotion displays, etc.)

  • Come up with and execute on in-dealership experiences related to industry & policy changes that can increase customer satisfaction, customer conversion, and profit per sale

  • Liaise with suppliers and source all visual elements

  • Monitor all production costs for in-dealership experiences, visual merchandising kits, etc. and monitor all shipping/timelines for displays

  • Implement & measure merchandising standards, execution processes and in-dealership experiences as they relate to your industry/policy related projects

  • Monthly or quarterly, change displays to promote any updates to policies or new industry launches

  • Visit and coordinate Dealership visits with HQ team to observe and identify effectiveness of key operational strategies.

  • Partner with Dealers to identify potential test initiatives that drive dramatic improvements in Customer Experience performance and processes.

You’ll have…

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in a Retail environment working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

  • 3+ years of experience managing a budget and timeline in a corporate or retail environment utilizing Excel and/or SmartSheet.

  • 2+ years of corporate operations and field experience with responsibilities including influence. partnership and setting priorities preferably within the Retail Automotive industry.

  • 2+ years of experience analyzing sales merchandising reports and survey results
