Ensure infrastructure systems are architected for reliability, scalability, and defense against evolving cyber threats, while enabling compliance and operational excellence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>1. Work with Strategic Resource Management (SRM) and other key stakeholders across the business to develop an understanding of the company's strategy and competitive environment while integrating cybersecurity, compliance, and resilience goals into infrastructure planning.</p><p>2. Based on business requirements, ensure appropriate security controls and monitoring are embedded to align infrastructure systems and capabilities with organizational needs.</p><p>3. Partner with Information Technology teams to define project roadmaps that ensure secure-by-design solutions are designed and deployed in accordance with enterprise policy and business strategy</p><p>4. Ensure that infrastructure requests and implementations align with organizational strategy, security standards, and regulatory compliance.</p><p>5. Build and maintain a data-driven, metric-based approach to cybersecurity planning, design, and operation.</p><p>6. Work closely with Business Intelligence to ensure secure alignment between data storage, analytics systems, and the enterprise data strategy.</p><p>7. Research and evaluate new service delivery methods with emphasis on risk reduction, resilience, and secure cloud adoption.</p><p>8. Manage relationships with key technology vendors, to include the development of RFI/Ps and SOWs for new products and services.</p><p>9. Provide input and guidance into Cybersecurity’s financial planning and budgeting process.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p><br></p><p>(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)</p><p><br></p><p>Education</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field required</p><p>• Master’s degree preferred</p><p><br></p><p>Experience</p><p>• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a technology environment designing and implementing complex, enterprise-wide technical systems required.</p><p>• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in leading enterprise-wide programs or initiatives required.</p><p>• Previous hybrid cloud design, management and cloud security controls experience is preferred.</p><p>• Previous experience with lean and agile methodologies is preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>Licenses/Certifications</p><p>• CISSP, CCSP, or CISM preferred</p><p>• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) with security specialization preferred.</p><p><br></p><p>Tools & Equipment</p><p>• General Office Equipment</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>ACCOMMODATIONS</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Sheetz is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
