About the positionResponsibilities• Develop strategies to achieve sales + profit goals, collaborating with broader Commerce team on key needs.• Track performance to plan throughout the year, call out risks and opportunities and work with the team to action against in order to deliver against your plan.• Manage and drive content score improvements of Walmart and Sam's Club digital shelf working back with internal content team for content needs and updates.• Ensure new products launch on time with accurate content and are eligible for Online Share.• Share out ecommerce performance and high-level support plans in meetings with the Walmart Buyer and other key retailer contacts.• Drive Monthly Business Review process for Walmart ecommerce business, connecting the right stakeholders and bringing content that helps drive the discussion.• Lead ecommerce content for line reviews, quarterly business reviews and other key internal and customer meetings.• Integrate with the local sales team to embed ecommerce and/or omni-channel activations into overall business plan and deliver a true omni-channel strategy to the buyer.• Partner with the Commerce media team by providing clear business objectives and priorities, aligning on media impact to forecast and communicating strategy shifts throughout the year.• Develop reports to analyze marketing and sales performance, providing executive summaries, recommends sales KPIs and creates actionable insights.• Perform competitive product analysis, identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.• Stay on top of marketplace patterns, trends and tools and champion a strategic Wal-Mart and Sam's Club growth strategy for the organization accordingly.• Regularly meet with and report to senior leadership and cross functional teams.• Communicate complex emerging retail dynamics to leadership to gain buy-in.Requirements• Bachelor's Degree preferred.• 5+ years experience marketing online, specifically within ecommerce platforms and omni-channel history.• Tactical knowledge of working with Walmart and Sam's Club.• Ability to build sales forecast and manage to sales plan throughout the year.• Experience working with a multi-disciplinary Walmart and Sam's Club teams and an understanding of how to efficiently take products to market leveraging omni-channel tools.• Experience with Cinitlla preferred.• Walmart marketplace knowledge preferred.• Understanding of retail media, specifically Walmart Media Connect preferred.• Significant analytical and critical thinking skills with experience analyzing data & translating it into action.• Experience defending plans and making the case for resources with data.• Ability to maintain excellence and be highly effective working with a remote team and having only periodic in-person contact with leadership.• Highly collaborative and capable of receiving direction from peers and leaders across functions.• Ability to work with ambiguity, navigate and add value to business situations and organizational challenges with no existing process or solution.• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to discern priorities without supervision.• Strong attention to detail balanced with a sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence.Nice-to-haves• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required.Apply tot his jobApply To this Job
