Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall business goals of Tyson Foods. Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis efforts for the company. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform strategic decision making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain accurate financial forecasts and budgets. Provide recommendations and insights to senior leadership based on financial analysis and market trends. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and potential risks. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision making. Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reports and analysis. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations. Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the finance function. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Act as a key liaison between finance and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on business initiatives.
