The Sales Senior Recruiter is responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure a positive experience for clients and candidates while sourcing mid to senior level talent.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitating the full life-cycle recruitment for respective business units.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and facilitating recruitment while following global operating procedures and best practice principles.
  • Developing a deep understanding and awareness of their respective business unit.
  • Building strong relationships with business leaders and HR leaders to lead the recruitment process.
  • Working cross-functionally with HR partners to maintain compliance and integrity.
  • Ensuring a positive client and candidate experience throughout the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Evaluating candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit.
  • Utilizing appropriate selection techniques.
  • Acting as a credible and trusted resource to client groups.
  • Incorporating creative solutions for identifying diverse talent and increasing the diversity of talent pools.
  • Offering development including mid to high level candidate conversations, LTI interpretation, and creative offer approaches.
  • Ensuring that hiring is consistent with the business goals and following recruitment guidelines and processes to ensure compliance.
  • Developing an understanding of the talent landscape in order to promote individualized hiring strategies.
  • Playing a part in local and regional TA projects proactively.

Skills

  • BA/BS with 2+ years of recruiting/relevant HR experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with both hiring managers and HR partners associated with your client groups.
  • Ability to source mid to senior level talent.
  • Ability to develop support hiring plans and play a role in development/launch of recruitment campaigns.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in commercial sales recruitment.
  • Prior experience working in WorkDay as an applicant tracking system.

Education Requirements

  • MBA/MS with any years of relevant experience.
