Responsibilities

  • Maintain a pulse on key metrics and health of Stripe’s AI ecosystem business, highlighting performance trends and developing action plans to drive improvements
  • Drive planning processes, including investment decisions, strategy updates, operational plans, and OKRs
  • Advise the cross-functional, senior leadership team and working group to accelerate progress, identify and troubleshoot hot spots, and incubate new programs
  • Partner with Sales Strategy and Operations to refine territories and prospective account lists
  • Create and drive Stripe’s AI Solution by bringing together various teams to ensure product interoperability and global expansion capabilities
  • Drive commercialization and sales plays including pricing and field enablement
  • Work on cross-cutting strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes

Skills

  • Strategic thinker and operator with 7+ years of work experience (including 3+ years in management / strategy consulting) with a consistent track record of excellence.
  • Ability to understand complex, technical products and articulate their value to non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for structuring and solving highly ambiguous strategic problems and owning end-to-end execution of solutions.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders, including users.
  • A 'can do' attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
