The Virtual Reading Room Assistant is a key partner to the radiologists in the virtual reading room. The Virtual Reading Room Assistant has the ability to provide critical skills including, but not limited to, managing phone calls to and from the reading room, triaging communication with the radiologist and referring providers, building relationships, and troubleshooting issues that arise in the daily operations of the reading room.
